超商集點換馬克杯　才剛用就爆裂

超商7-11最近推出LINE FRIENDS集點送活動，有民眾集點兌換的馬克杯，才使用就「爆裂」，大罵贈品品質差。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，民眾蘇先生投訴說，花了6千元集點才換到一個杯子，昨天第一次拿出來使用沖泡即溶咖啡，熱水才倒入杯中就聽到「剝」的裂開聲。蘇先生表示，外包裝標註馬克杯耐熱溫度是0到100度，他沖泡咖啡熱水的溫度並未超過耐熱溫度，。7-11公關陳裕文回應，至今未接獲相關案例，商品並通過SGS檢驗合格，既然消費者反映有問題，可協助做商品更換。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
