時序將進入11月，觀察2000年至2012年每年11月全球主要股市平均月漲幅表現，以亞股中的印度4.02%居冠，韓國3.17%居次，其次依序為巴西3.11%、印尼2.6%、墨西哥2.59%、費城半導體指數2.01%。整體而言以亞股表現最佳，前5名就占3席，法人認為，亞股第四季在外資持續挹注以及消費旺季的帶動下，後市不看淡，特別是東北亞的韓國、台灣與東協。

亞股中韓國最近表現亮麗，外資持續站在買方。根據摩根士丹利的經濟學家在最新的一份報告中指出，韓國金融監管增強，過去韓國每逢金融危機都會受到巨大衝擊，但2008年金融海嘯以後，韓國金融監管得到貫徹執行，因而加強了經濟穩定性及遭遇危機時的彈性。
