【王文傑／花蓮報導】大統米酒沒半粒米，今遭彰化縣政府開罰，台灣米酒最大宗、生產純米酒的台灣菸酒公司花蓮酒廠副廠長黃懏說：「我們是百分百純米蒸餾！」並強調，菸酒公司都向農糧署收購白米，經過高溫蒸煮、發酵才蒸餾出純米米酒，再透過純水調和出22%酒精濃度；料理米酒則依法用五成蒸餾米酒搭配五成食用酒精，含量都經工研院檢驗，品質可靠。
