重回windows懷抱, 希望高手幫忙看看配備

用了很久的MacBook終於掛掉了
打算幫自己重組一台新的windows桌機
小弟平常沒有在編輯圖片或影片
但是會需要使用SolidWorks或NX的繪圖軟體
遊戲方面也只有在玩LOL跟D3
主要配備如下

另外有必要另外買CPU散熱器嗎
還是用原廠附的就可以了呢
顯卡有其他選擇可以推薦嗎
小弟希望能找到剛剛好的搭配
不想要有哪一個部分太弱或太強導致浪費該有的性能
跪求各方高手幫忙給點意見
