認真做，是一定有效的，不過是對於有運動基礎或是可以知道哪部分用什麼肌肉用力的人。
為什麼會有有效跟沒效之說，因為多數人跟著跳，可是一部影片裡面有太多的眉角要注意的，懂得人知道怎麼控制自然可以有雕碩效果，可是很多沒運動得˙人突然跳，不但節奏跟不上，跳到一半也不知道哪邊用力怎樣的，那當然跳一跳就沒興趣然後就說沒用了。以上解釋，小弟也有在跳，個人覺得有用，而且噴汗心跳爆炸效果不錯。
