中油半百員工近七成 退休潮來臨

自今年起中油公司將進入退休潮，未來會因人力結構改變而降低平均薪資所得水準。

中油目前實有人數有14,762人、平均薪資為新台幣7.2萬元、平均年資26年、平均年齡51.3歲，50歲以上員工占68.36％，平均薪資水準高的原因在於資深員工多及行業的專業性有關。

中油表示，2013年人事成本約占公司整體費用的1.81％，比率不高，而現有大專畢業新進同仁薪水約為3.7萬元，操作人員薪水約為2.3萬元，在一般水準之內。
