屏縣政質詢 議員緊盯原鄉建設.教育

每當大雨一來，屏東縣牡丹鄉高士村、四林村的家庭與學校用水，就變成混雜的泥水，根本無法飲用。牡丹鄉議員許天賜在議會總質詢中，要求原民會協助兩村簡易自來水的改善工程。另外，因來義鄉文樂、望嘉兩村的衛生所過於老舊簡陋，議員連正勝質詢，衛生局表示最快明年初可以動工改建。

屏東縣議會第十七屆第七次縣政總質詢，由4位原住民議員輪番上陣，質詢內容除了聚焦在公共工程，對於立法院五月初修正通過「原住民族教育法」的部分條文，規定施行後五年內，原住民學校原住民教師比例不得低於三分之一，質詢屏東縣教育處長是否有因應對策。教育處長表示，將會朝法條規定去執行，但甄選教師仍應兼顧品質，目前提供教師甄選的原住民考生，加分百分之十的優待。

每當原住民質詢，工務處、水利處和原民處、教育處幾乎都難逃議員質詢，議員除了緊盯相關單位的工程進度，也質詢原住民相關議題，希望縣政府多關注原住民問題。
