衛生棉沾經血一天才換　陰道發炎癢癢der

衛生棉省過頭，恐陰道炎上身！1名35歲女性主管，工作忙到連吃飯、睡覺時間都不夠，日前碰上生理期，因經血量不多，她白天不換衛生棉，撐到晚上洗澡才更換，下體因此出現分泌物、刺癢症狀，睡覺時甚至癢到把陰部抓破皮，又痛又癢才就醫，確診為黴菌感染的陰道炎。醫師表示，夏天若未定時更換衛生棉，下體易潮濕悶熱，易孳生黴菌，近期患者已增2成。

收治病例的台北中山醫院婦產科醫師郭安妮表示，女性在夏天穿緊身褲、牛仔褲等，易因流汗濕熱、不通風，若碰上生理期有經血，陰部易淪為黴菌孳生溫床，建議生理期間每隔2小時就要更換衛生棉，穿著材質透氣、吸汗的內褲，以及寬鬆的褲子或裙子，保持私密處乾爽；避免熬夜、多吃蔬果多喝水，提升免疫力可預防感染。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
