中和大雨必淹　再砸6千萬治水

【李定宇╱新北報導】中和環球購物中心周遭每逢大雨必淹，已成為當地人心中揮之不去的夢魘，北縣時代耗費千萬元改善工程仍不見好轉，新北市水利局準備再砸六千萬元克服淹水問題，議員昨出面要求，水利局應提出具體成效，「別再浪費六千萬元人民納稅錢！」
 
議員籲勿浪費稅金
新北市中和購物中心一帶屬低漥地區，每逢大雨從莒光路流下的雨水需經過該處後排入中原溝，但因疏濬不利，縣府時代花費千萬元改善仍不見成效，如今水利局研議再砸六千萬元改善，引起議員質疑。
新北市議員江永昌昨表示，縣府花費千萬元後，該區域今年仍淹水兩次，如今水利局應提出具體成效，說明工程是否能有效克服淹水問題，「別再做無效工程浪費人民納稅錢！」 
 
官員：低處將分流
水利局副局長宋德仁說，由於縣府工程未打穿中山路等問題，因此排水被阻礙，水利局將進行莒光路高處截流、購物中心附近低處分流，並加裝抽水設備。另外以往購物中心旁原設有滯洪池，未來雨水也不需繞經直接排放，可改善淹水問題。
