本報訊

富邦金控旗下富邦人壽今天與台北市政府簽約，取得台北市南京東路三段及復興北路西北側70年地上權，權利金新台幣65億8880萬元。

富邦人壽表示，未來將興建複合式商用大樓，預計2020年底前完工，投資報酬率可望超過3.5%。

富邦人壽指出，自2008年以來，已投入 3件政府公有土地地上權開發案，包括這次簽約的長春段土地、信義計畫區A10及成功高中旁國有土地。(中央社)
