金溥聰回台掌國安會　綠委：該來當閣揆

針對駐美代表金溥聰，傳將回國掌國安會，民進黨立委蔡其昌酸說，現在總統府記者會常半夜開，紊亂憲政，國家沒方向感，他贊成金溥聰回台，但該讓他當閣揆，也可受監督，這才符合憲政體制。
 
葉宜津也表態贊成金溥聰回台，因為現在政府常「半夜吃西瓜反症」處理事情，金回台也比較可能被質詢監督。
 
不過，長年關注外交的蕭美琴則質疑，美中互動之際，台美關係對國家生存很重要，美方當初滿意金駐華府，現在沒幾個月就要讓他回來，其實是要替馬英九負責選戰，但這對台美關係會有傷害。
