宜花新北、北部山區　今明注意豪大雨

中央氣象局今天22時15分發布大雨特報：由於對流雲系發展旺盛，今（11日）晚至明（12）日，宜蘭、花蓮地區及新北市山區，有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，北部地區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風。
