兩岸非國與國？謝：馬受限於一中各表

關於馬英九與國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄會面時提到「兩岸不是國與國的關係」，行政院前院長謝長廷今天表示，沒有一個總統會否認自己的國家，因此，馬總統應該是說「中華民國是國家，但對岸不是國家，所以兩岸才不是國與國的關係」。

但謝長廷認為，馬英九受限於僵化的「一中各表」，這種說法在國際現實上是行不通的，這也是「一中各表」走到死胡同的原因。他主張「兩岸兩憲」，兩邊都是合法的，但依據憲法有特殊關係，也因為都合法，所以雙方可以談判。

謝長廷還說，事實上就是因為彼此不一樣，所以才要交流；雙方有對立，所以才要溝通，「中國跟美國也有許多緊張的地方，但是還是要來往，互相訪問」。
