我朋友已被收押禁見：我想請教各位（1）他家人何時會收到通知？如果家人不願請律師，以朋友身份可以代請嗎？還是他在裡面可以自行請律師？（2）因我僅知道他被收押禁見，那我去哪裡詢問他情況，還是去看守所請教他們的名單是否有此人？
