美容師外貌受傷比常人更加悲痛　獲賠9萬

台南有一名美容師的臉遭鄰居的獵犬咬傷，檢方考量美容師外貌受傷悲痛比常人高，判鄰居須賠償9萬餘元。

去年過年期間，蘇姓女美容師的愛犬被鄰居所飼養的獵犬追咬，蘇女為了保護愛犬，手和臉都被咬傷，憤而控告60歲的許姓鄰居，許男被依過失傷害罪判處拘役40天。

蘇女進一步求償，她表示，因美容師職業因素，相當注重容貌及外表，咬傷的手也因肌膜炎及肌腱受傷，3個月無法工作，臉部傷口深及真皮層，需做顏面重建手術。

台南地院調閱就醫記錄，認為在案發3個月後才出現手部的肌膜炎及肌腱受傷，無法確定是因咬傷引起。且蘇女臉部只有撕裂傷，顏面重建美容不是必要醫療，但考量蘇女職業因素，外貌受傷悲痛比一般人高，判決許男需賠償9萬餘元。
